Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrive Johannesburg
Welcome to Johannesburg. Your package includes a transfer from the airport to your hotel. Your afternoon and evening are at your leisure. Johannesburg is the economic capital of South Africa, with fine restaurants and interesting shops.
Overnight – Protea Hotel, The Rosebank

Day 2 – Sabie
Departing early morning, we will head for Dullstroom (a popular fishing village) for brunch. We will travel to Sabie via the Long Tom Pass along which are various scenic stops. We will stop at Mac-Mac Falls, Pinacle Rock, God’s Window and Bourke Luck Pot Holes. Followed by Blyde River Canyon / Three Rondavels and staying overnight at the Resort. Dinner will be at the restaurant.

Days 3 – Kruger National Park
After Breakfast we will head for Kruger National Park. Once in the reserve while viewing game we will arrive at our Rest Camp in time for Lunch.
After Lunch you will have leisure time to explore the Rest Camp, swim, sit at the deck and view the animals, etc. Dinner will be a traditional South African Barbeque (weather permitting) under the stars before a restful night with the nocturnal sounds of the African bush.

Day 4 – Kruger National Park
An early departure should ensure good Game viewing on route to another Rest Camp / Picnic Spot for Breakfast. After Breakfast we will head off on another Game Drive to a Rest Camp for Lunch. After Lunch you can opt for leisure time or can go on a Game Drive (optional). We will be leaving late afternoon on a Game Drive, stopping at various lookout points and a waterhole to have Sundowners. Then heading back to our Rest Camp for a scrumptious Dinner.

Day 5 – Arrive Johannesburg
After Breakfast we will do the final Game viewing before heading back to Johannesburg only stopping on route for lunch. Say goodbye to the world-renowned Kruger National Park as you return to Johannesburg in preparation for your return home. Today you will have your final visit with your attending doctor before you depart.

Day 6 – Johannesburg
You’re free to enjoy the day at your leisure. There are many sites and things to do in Johannesburg. Enjoy the city.

Day 7 – Transport to the Rosebank Clinic, Johannesburg
You will be picked up at the hotel with your destination being the state of the art Rosebank Clinic known for its extraordinary patient care. You will have a pre-scheduled appointment and during an initial consultation, a thorough discussion on the expectations of the patient as well as the complete medical history of the patient will have been understood. Also, the appropriate doctor provided guidelines on eating and drinking, smoking, taking or avoiding certain vitamins and medications prior to arrival at the Rosebank Clinic will have been discussed. Your procedure will be managed from start to finish by the best surgical teams lead by Dr Braun at this fine facility.

Day 8 – Rosebank Clinic
Your day will be one of rest, recuperation, relaxation, and observation as you are attended to in this post operative portion of your treatment.

Day 9 – Johannesburg
After a formal release you are returned to your hotel by your assigned driver for your continued recuperation. Your days and evenings are at leisure for rest, recuperation, and relaxation. You may move about as directed by your surgeon.

Days 10 to 13 – Johannesburg
Your days and evenings are at leisure. Depending on your level of recovery, schedule your daily outings that meet your and your surgeon’s requirements. And feel to count on the tour staff to get you where you want to be or just enjoy the splendid setting that you’re in as you continue to rejuvenate.

Day 14– Transport to the Rosebank Clinic, Johannesburg
You will be picked up at the hotel with your destination being Rosebank Clinic for final follow up before heading home. All required medicines and prescriptions given will be reviewed. You will also receive your instructions as to the next steps and what to do as you move through recovery especially on your flight back home.

Day 15 – Depart Johannesburg
